Hello, I am Pastor Tom Webster. It will be an honor to officiate at your wedding. I am a non-denominational Christian minister and director of Pastoral Ministries serving the greater Twin City area of Minnesota.
This is the most important day in a couple's life. The day they become one in life and spirit. The smiles, the love, the fellowship, the happiness and sometimes a tear or two will be a part of your marriage ceremony! I look forward to the honor of serving you on this wonderful day.

My fee structure has changed a bit.
I prefer to let my couples set their own fees for how they value my services. A down payment of $100 will hold your date. On the day of your wedding you decide what I have been worth. The samples listed below are the fees commonly charged by area officiants.
Rehearsal on different day: Sunday through Thursday – included / Friday - Is a popular wedding day, if you want a Friday rehearsal take that into consideration when you decide my fee.
Sample Fees in Mpls area:
Small Basic Wedding Ceremony - - $195.00 to $495
Ideal for the couple who plan a small basic wedding with a few guests. Includes one-on-one and/or telephone consultation, unlimited emails, ceremony script from Pastoral Ministries, officiating the ceremony, marriage certificate, and filing of marriage license.
Standard Ceremony - - $295.00 to $895.00 and up--(Most weddings)
For the couple who is planning a larger wedding with several attendants. Includes one-on-one consultations and/or telephone consultations, rehearsal before the ceremony (same day), unlimited emails, custom ceremony script, officiating the ceremony, custom marriage certificate, and filing of marriage license. (Rehearsal on different day: Sunday through Thursday: included. Friday is a popular wedding day, if you want a Friday rehearsal take that into consideration when you decide my fee.)
Couples Counseling: Not required but highly recommended. (See COUNSELING page)
Deposit: A deposit of $100 will hold your date and time. On your wedding day you decide the balance.
Travel Fees: I am a traveling minister and will come to your location. I do request to be reasonably compensated for travel expenses when traveling to locations beyond a 30 mile radius of Plymouth, MN.
Compensation for reasonable lodging is also requested if an overnight is required.

Sacred Occasion Fees for Service - Fees for service will be based on specific needs. On-going services will be contractually negotiated.
Instead of sending a check, you can send your deposit or wedding officiating service payment to me by PayPal. PayPal is a great system for moving funds from one person to another with good documentation and security. You use your bank account or credit card to transfer money into and out of your PayPal account.
